The High
Plains development on the former
Lowry Bombing and Gunnery Range
successfully mitigated 640 acres
and was approved by the Colorado
Department of Public Health and
Environment for residential development
in July,2003. Over 300,000 munitions
related items were removed from
the property. A luxury golf course
and 900 residential homes are now
being constructed.
