During construction, direct jobs at Yuba Highlands will average about 2,300 and will produce an average of $16 million per year in direct labor income over a ten year build-out.

At build-out, there will be over 3,000 direct jobs in business park and retail employment within the project. The total annual employment impact in Yuba County, including directed, induced and household spending generated employment, will approach 10,000 jobs.
