development meets the demanding standards
set by the U.S. Air Force in their guidelines
for Air Installation Compatible Use Studies.
It also conforms to the Yuba County requirements,
which protect the Base. The Beale Regional
Alliance Committee's "Analysis of Beale
Air Force Base" recently lauded these
requirements.

the 65 CNEL contour line set by Beale.

the overflight zone.

buffer on the north side of Beale Air Force
Base that will help protect that side of
Beale from encroachment.
